N°00 · The short version
We collect only what we need to read a brief.
Wezby is a small studio. We do not run an ad network, we do not sell data, and we do not enrich profiles against third-party sources. This page lists everything that touches our systems and how to ask for any of it back.
N°01 · What you send us
The brief form at /inquire collects your name, email, store URL, what you sell, your current platform, budget, timeline, and a free-text answer about what is pinching. Nothing else. We do not ask for documents, screenshots, or revenue figures at this stage.
N°02 · Where it goes
- Resend. The brief is delivered to our inbox through Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend stores a copy of the message for delivery logging; their privacy policy covers their retention.
- Our inbox. The founder reads briefs in a normal email client. We reply from the same address.
- Vercel Analytics. Page views, referrer, country, and device class are collected by Vercel Analytics — first-party, cookie-less, no individual visitor profile. No personal data is tied to a session.
N°03 · How long we keep it
Open briefs are kept until the engagement closes or the conversation ends. After that, the email is archived in a standard mail client for record. You can ask for a brief to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@wezby.com; we honour the request within fourteen days.
N°04 · Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies of its own. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and first-party. There is no pixel, no remarketing tag, and no third-party tracker on this site.
N°05 · Your rights
Under GDPR and analogous regimes (KVKK, CCPA), you can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. All requests go to hello@wezby.com; identity verification is informal — replying from the same email we hold for you is enough.
N°06 · Children
The brief form is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
N°07 · Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the date at the top moves. Material changes are also noted in our field notes feed so existing briefs can re-consent if needed.
