What we build
Six layers, one system — assembled, audited, and shipped as one operation.
Storefront, operations, intelligence, marketing, migration, custom systems. We design and ship the whole thing from zero, then grow it with the brand. None of the six is for sale by itself. If you need one layer pulled out for a storefront we did not build, the right call is an agency — and that is fine, just not what we do.
We are not a freelance agency.
Wezby is a growth system designer. We build the system from zero — not optimise a storefront that lives in someone else's hands. That distinction is the reason none of the six layers below is for sale by itself. Storefront engineering without the operations layer is a rebuild. Marketing without the storefront is a plugin. Custom systems without the intelligence to feed them is a one-off.

Where the system meets the brief.
The questions every brand asks before the discovery — how the layers stack, what migrates, and where the AI layer actually sits.
Are the six layers separate offers, or one product?
One product. The numbers (01–06) are a sequence, not a menu. Each layer feeds the next, and the system holds because no layer ships ahead of the gate it has to clear.
Why headless Shopify instead of a theme?
A theme cannot hold a 1,200-variant material catalogue at the speed buyers need. Hydrogen plus the Storefront API gives us streaming routes, edge delivery, and the data shape every layer above the storefront has to attach to.
Do you migrate from Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce?
Yes — migration is the sixth layer of the system. We migrate from any platform: when there is no export API, we scrape the source and rebuild the catalogue end-to-end, with slug-to-slug 301s on every URL.
Does the AI layer come with the build?
The AI layer is a layer of the system, not an add-on. Every build can carry it. We do not ship AI surfaces in isolation.
Can you build a custom system on top of an existing storefront?
Yes — custom systems is the layer for that. We bolt a bespoke surface onto a storefront we did not build, as long as the data layer is reachable through the Storefront API or a proxy we control.
